But for those of you reading this today, I would recommend a spring time visit. The weather can be cool, but its not cold. Wear layers. In April and May you can make a day trip to the Keukenhof and see a fantastic display of flowers with some trippy Dutch artwork throughout. Even if flowers aren't your thing, spring is great there. As soon as it gets the slightest bit warm outdoor seating becomes available for restaurants and coffeeshops alike. It is fabulous. November is cold, cold, cold.
