I love German beers, preferably the unfiltered ones. What its the best beer I can get in Amsterdam? I know that Heinekin will not keep me for one week.

Usually all pubs in Amsterdam have ofer 40 kinds of beer on stock. You can find one that you like. I like Heinekin or Amstel. The beer is always served at the right temperature there :)
Visit Grolsch, its somewhere in centrum, this is my favourite place to get a nice cold beer. They have over 50 beer types there.

Amstel is pretty nice, not just becuase its cheap tho! I actually do enjoy the tatse of the stuff! Also, I particularly like Golsch, but I cant say it properly! Amstel is easier! lolx

Grolsch is the best-tasting, IMHO. There's a place near Dam, on the Niewe side, that serves Belgian trappist monk ale. Very worthwhile. Wish I had more detail -- might do a google search.
