Coffee shops...UNDERAGED

I am 16 years old and travelling to amsterdam in a couple of weeks and I know it is prohibited to sell marijuana in coffee shops to anyone under 18 years of age and are wondering:
1. Will i be id'd at the door and not let in at all or
2. How much trouble I am going to have trying to get marijuana in coffee shops underaged
3. If i am denied purchasing marijuana; what other methods might i use to get marijuana; wether it be off the street, or simply asking someone of legal age to get it for me.

Golden rule.....DO NOT buy anything off the street.
Try the coffeeshops. Not knowing you, you may look mature for your age. -
You won't be IDd at the door to small and crummier coffee shops.
