Smoking tobacco in Amsterdam, not weed

Has Indoor public Tobacco smoking been banned in the Netherlands yet? I know there was some talk about it, I saw the guy from 420 cafe on the news here vaping away, and then I totally lost track of the story. Any updates would be appreciated. I don't smoke Tobacco anymore, and when I did I had the decency and courtesy to step outside when I smoked. I guess since there's a lot of people that are not mindful of others, they have decided to pass this law. I really dint like more laws. Rather than banning indoor smoking, how about a law permitting indoor squirt guns! (except of Cofffeeshops and Cigar bars of course!)

I am a Cubans smoker. Last time I was in Amsterdam the indoor smoking was allowed.
